“…UNMIK head Harri Holkeri stated that Albanian extremists “had a ready-made plan” for the violence.62 During his March 22 visit to Kosovo, NATO Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer described the “unacceptable” violence as “orchestrated and organized by extremist factions in the Albanian community.” …
Admiral Gregory Johnson, the commander of NATO forces for Southern Europe, a command which includes the NATO-led KFOR troops in Kosovo, stated that there was a “modicum of organization” behind the violence and described the violence as “essentially amount[ing] to ethnic cleansing.”65 In his report to the U.N. Security Council, Secretary-General Kofi Annan stated that “the onslaught led by Kosovo Albanian extremists against the Serb, Roma and Ashkali communities of Kosovo was an organized, widespread, and targeted campaign.”66
“Based on DNA evidence at the scene in Livadice, it was determined that one of the potential culprits was Florim Ejupi. I asked that he and three other former KLA members be taken to UN detention where the investigation would continue. However, they were transferred to US camp Bondsteel, into the supposedly safest place in Kosovo, from where the Ejupi escaped,” said Karphamar.

“So my friends. I have totally changed my view on it. I think it was despicable act, something that should have never happened. Something the United States should come out and apologize, not just the United States, England, Tony Blair, Germany, NATO, all those NATO forces who were responsible for this 78 day bombing, bombardment…” – Charles Cather, American in Serbia Continue reading

“While covering the CIA for the Los Angeles Times and later the New York Times, I found that patiently listening to my sources paid off in unexpected ways. During one interview, a source was droning on about a minor bureaucratic battle inside the CIA when he briefly referred to how then-President Bill Clinton had secretly given the green light to Iran to covertly ship arms to Bosnian Muslims during the Balkan wars. The man had already resumed talking about his bureaucratic turf war when I realized what he had just said and interrupted him, demanding that he go back to Iran. That led me to write a series of stories that prompted the House of Representatives to create a special select committee to investigate the covert Iran-Bosnia arms pipeline.”

“In November 1990, Congress passed the 1991 Foreign Operations Appropriations Act, mandating that any part of Yugoslavia failing to secede within six months would lose U.S. financial support. The U.S. then financed separatist movements in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Macedonia, and Kosovo, consistently backing the most fascistic elements in a strategy of “divide and conquer.”
Bill Clinton labeled Milosevic “a new Hitler,” while supporting Bosnian President Alija Izetbegovic who was a convicted World War II Nazi war criminal, and Croatian President Franjo Tudjman, who wrote a book (Wastelands of Historical Truth) praising Hitler and advocating genocide. Izetbegovic sought to create an Islamic theocracy.
The Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), identified as a terrorist organization by the U.S. State Department and a major heroin trafficker by Europol, was financed and trained by Osama bin Laden’s “al-Qaeda” network and the CIA.”
“NATO attacked Yugoslavia without the consent of any of its own parliaments, violating the NATO treaty, Article One of the U.S. Constitution, the United Nations Charter, the Geneva Conventions, and the Nuremberg Principles.”
