If the Jewish people are not indigenous to the Middle East, why is the Koran rife with references to them?
If there was never a place called Israel why does the Koran refer to the Jewish people as the “children of ISRAEL“– repeatedly?
And if there was an ancient nation of “Palestine” — as so many Muslims and their supporters say existed for millennia– why is this place NEVER mentioned in the Koran?
Here’s what Sheikh Ahmad Adwan from Jordan has to say to Muslims who assert that the Jewish people are alien occupiers of “Palestine”:
I say to those who distort their Lord’s book, the Koran: From where did you bring the name Palestine, you liars, you accursed, when Allah has already named it “The Holy Land” and bequeathed it to the Children of Israel until the Day of Judgment.
There is no such thing as ‘Palestine’ in the Koran.
If, as the Koran declares, the Jewish people are the original inhabitants — the children — of a land the Koran calls Israel, and “There is no such thing as ‘Palestine’ in the Koran”, who than are the “Palestinians”?
Why are those, who have taken to calling themselves “Palestinian”, trying to usurp the “Holy Land” their god bequeathed to the Jewish people: The Children of Israel?
Sounds like heresy. Sounds haram. Sheikh Ahmad Adwan seems to think so:
Your demand for the Land of Israel is a falsehood and it constitutes an attack on the Koran, on the Jews and their land.
Is the Koran — regarded as the sacred, immutable, timeless word of Allah to Muslims — wrong?
Islamic theology aside, isn’t the Koran’s extraordinary preoccupation with the Jewish people itself evidence that the Jews were there, well before this ancient document was written and thus proof that the Jewish people are indigenous to the region?
Who than are the real “Occupiers” in “Palestine”: That place the Koran calls Israel — that place the Koran calls the “Holy Land” intended for the Jewish people who are its children, and rightful heirs?
Jordanian Sheikh: ‘There is no “Palestine” in the Koran. Allah gave Israel to the Jews
Sheikh Ahmad Adwan, who introduces himself as a Muslim scholar who lives in Jordan, said on his personal Facebook page that there is no such thing as “Palestine” in the Koran. Allah has assigned the Holy Land to the Children of Israel until the Day of Judgment (Koran, Sura 5 – “The Sura of the Table”, Verse 21), and “We made the Children of Israel the inheritors (of the land)” (Koran, Sura 26 – “The Sura of the Poets”, Verse 59).
“I say to those who distort their Lord’s book, the Koran: From where did you bring the name Palestine, you liars, you accursed, when Allah has already named it “The Holy Land” and bequeathed it to the Children of Israel until the Day of Judgment. There is no such thing as ‘Palestine’ in the Koran. Your demand for the Land of Israel is a falsehood and it constitutes an attack on the Koran, on the Jews and their land. Therefore you won’t succeed, and Allah will fail you and humiliate you, because Allah is the one who will protect them (i.e. the Jews).”
The sheikh added: “The Palestinians are the killers of children, the elderly and women. They attack the Jews and then they use those (children, the elderly and women) as human shields and hide behind them, without mercy for their children as if they weren’t their own children, in order to tell the public opinion that the Jews intended to kill them. This is exactly what I saw with my own two eyes in the 70’s, when they attacked the Jordanian army, which sheltered and protected them. Instead of thanking it (the Jordanian army), they brought their children forward to (face) the Jordanian army, in order to make the world believe that the army kills their children. This is their habit and custom, their viciousness, their having hearts of stones towards their children, and their lying to public opinion, in order to get its support.”
It is worth mentioning, that the above mentioned sheikh visited Israel and met Jewish religious scholars. The “Israel in Arabic” site conducted an interview with him, in which he said that the reason for his openness towards the Jewish people “comes from my acknowledgment of their sovereignty on their land and my belief in the Koran, which told us and emphasized this in many places, like His (Allah’s) saying ”Oh People (i.e the Children of Israel), enter the Holy Land which Allah has assigned unto you” (Koran, Sura 5 – “The Sura of the Table”, Verse 21), and His saying “We made the Children of Israel the inheritors (of the land)” (Koran, Sura 26 – “The Sura of the Poets”, Verse 59) and many other verses.
He (Adwan) added: “(The Jews) are peaceful people who love peace, who are not hostile and are not aggressors, but if they are attacked, they defend themselves while causing as little damage to the attackers as possible. It is an honor for them that Allah has chosen them over the worlds – meaning over the people and the Jinns until the Day of Judgment. I made the reasons for Allah’s choice clear in my books and pamphlets. When Allah chose them, He didn’t do so out of politeness, and He wasn’t unjust other peoples, it is just that they (the Jews) deserved this.”
“I’m here to argue, and I’m prepared to argue this for the rest of my life, that the Jews in this city are not settlers. They’re here as of right.
The Jews that are in this city are not wrongfully here. They’re here as of right.
And I’m referring to international law.”
“I am appalled, as a lawyer and a legal rights advocate, at the lack of justice done to the Jewish people…How dare they demand that all Jews leave Old Jerusalem and the rest of Judea and Samaria?” — Dr. Jacques P. Gauthier
“If, God forbid, America and her allies are victorious in this war . . . then the world will become hell, God forbid. But Allah is too just and merciful to grant such murderous violators any victory.” — Amin al-Husseini, Grand Mufti Of Jerusalem
Arthur Derounian who wrote under the pen name, John Roy Carlson, was an Armenian-American investigative journalist and best-selling author. He became famous for his undercover reporting on the subversive activities of Nazis and Communists in the United States.
In 1948, he traveled by way of England to Egypt where he was granted permission to accompany the Arabs forces as they set off to fight the Jews in the Holy Land, in Palestine. His coverage of the war later became a memoir, Cairo to Damascus. It is a vivid, sometimes thrilling account of his experience that delves deeply into what the Arab world was like at the time and the nature of the Muslim dispute with the Jewish people and the active support Britain was giving to the Arabs to crush the Jews. It covers everything from the Muslim Brotherhood, Arab Nazi Haj Amin Al Husseini (whom he meets), ancient Cairo ghettos and Arab feudalism, British – Nazi – Arab collusion and even the prevalence Arab homosexuality and transgenderism. It’s quite the wild, riveting, mind-blowing read from an informed observer who is neither Jewish nor Arab, yet writes with compassion and understanding for both and a keen grasp of the historical and political context surrounding the conflict.
In a footnote on page 235 (copied below) Carlson addresses the “flight” of the Arab refugees, describing who they were, the real reasons they fled, and their number which, even then, he says, for the purposes of propaganda, was hugely inflated.
According to Arndt Heinz Marx, associate president (until his arrest in 1984) of the neo-Nazi National Socialist Front in Frankfurt, both Hepp and Marx trained in an El Fatah camp in Lebanon from July 1980 until June 1981 with a group of fifteen German neo-Nazis. “I was a member of El Fatah, a Fedayeen,” said Marx.
“El Fatah and the PLO are fighting for the rights of their people as we are fighting for the German people. The Palestinians and ourselves have the same enemy: International Zionism, the Jews…”3
