No. Dr. Gauthier is not Jewish.  He is a Canadian scholar of international law and an authority on who has sovereign rights to Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria (the west bank).

Dr. Gautheir has presented his extraordinary research to many international audiences, and government officials.  This particular presentation (provided below) is especially compelling, clear, even fascinating as he addresses not just the history, but many of the competing claims asserting title to the ancient city of Jerusalem, including religious ones from Christians and Muslims.
