Iran Participated in CIA Rendition and Torture Program

IRAN is among the 54 countries that participated in the CIA’s extraordinary rendition and torture program.

Did you catch that?  IRAN.

As did Belgium, Finland, Spain, England, Sweden, Austria, South Africa, and yes, you guessed it.  IRELAND

But guess who didn’t. Israel.  That’s right.  Israel didn’t.

But Syria did.  Turns out, their CIA “participation” was especially enthusiastic –  no doubt due to the influence of all the German war criminals the Syrian government employed over the years.

“… Syria was one of the “most common destinations for rendered suspects.” Government forces, according to the report, held some U.S.-provided detainees in a prison known as “The Grave” for its coffin-sized cells and subjected them to “torture involving a chair frame used to stretch the spine (the ‘German chair’) and beatings.”

Here’s the list. Check it out.  Serbia didn’t participate either.  But Bosnia, Albania, and Croatia did.

Turkey did too.  Of course, that’s hardly surprising…
