American PLO legal consul John V Whitbeck  openly applauds and urges the continuation of the targeting of “Jewish Israelis” by Arabs with knives and screw drivers.  He sees it as a cost effective “form of violence capable of producing the essential change in Jewish Israeli perceptions of their own interests”  by  “producing a great deal of fear and anxiety”.
